This is a single story, 1 cozy bedroom featuring 3 twin beds and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and modern amenities. Located just six to seven blocks from the local grocery store, gas station, and city park/pool park. Experience a wonderful stay in this charming home and make unforgettable memories. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR SMOKING! Smoking is permitted outside as long as you properly dispose of them. Do not leave on the ground. Outside animals may be considered for hunting, if you get prior approval from us first!
DIRECTIONS FOR CHECKOUT: Please put all dirty bathroom and kitchen linens in the bathtub. Leave any beds that were slept in unmade. Wash any and all dirty dishes and leave them in the drainer. Empty trash cans inside and set outside the front door before leaving. Cleaning supplies including broom, mop & vacuum can be found in the bathroom incase of a mess while you are renting.
