"The hotel is small, relatively new and built around a pleasant patio and small pool. Our balcony overlooked these. The hotel is about 2km from the closest beach and good restaurants so a car, while not essential, makes the trips more manageable."

"The location was remote, not conveniently located to a town. Road was dangerous to drive at night. Hotel did not have a lighted sign at the highway, so I went past the turnoff on 2 occasions, almost causing an accident when I pulled off to let cars pass so I could turn around."

"We stayed for a week as a family of 8 including 3 teens. The open nature of the house was wonderful! Being able to wander out to the pool or lounge on the covered porch or walk down to snorkel across the street was divine. The kitchen had all we need. The host was so welcoming and provided a welcome meal and a delightful punch on our last day. The one time we had an issue they fixed it immediately! The location was both quiet and convenient for St Francis, Sainte Anne and other areas of Grande Terre! Lots of lovely bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. "This hotel is lovely. The staff is so warm and welcoming considering l’m a novice when it comes to the French Language. I had one of the best meals on my trip here. The breakfast is amazing. I took one star off for the distance from the city/town center. Area around the property is great and there are 2 beaches that are walkable and safe. If you are looking for a few days of R and R this place is for you. Everything you need regarding dining, spa/wellness is on site as well as yoga. This was my first time to Guadeloupe and the staff at this hotel made it a wonderful one. "
