Staff was very friendly, room was very clean: all of the amenities were explained really well to us and times without even having to ask. Highly recommend it’s by a lot of things like restaurants in the mall right down the street from Dave & Buster’s. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked the wood floors in the rooms and bathrooms were very nice. The lobby was modern and breakfast was very good. The dog area was poor with a lot of rocks and dirt with no grass. The mattresses were not comfortable and bedding thin. Pillows were Comfortable. I didn’t care for the strong smell of chemicals in the room but appreciated how clean it was. I like the other Hilton near Wyoming Michigan better.

The staff is wonderful. If you need anything, they get it for you. The breakfast area is always kept clean while open. I hope the woman knows how much that is appreciated. I wanted hot tea around 9pm. The person at the counter got me fresh hot water.
