Room choice was not grrat. I had a leg injury and had a long walk to room. When i got there nect door room had loud noises, i thought that it would ne an isdue. Reseption guy was the only person working with no concern for comfort. Kept asking why i might want to change rooms. Like my reason of not wanting to be next to noisy room. Towels were stained and the heartter had to be turned off because of the loud noise it made. Bathroom shower was not clean and doors were dinged and doors were old.

I called prior to our stay and asked at check in to be near one of the teams (college football) staying at the hotel, they said they were booked and could not place us near the team. My reservation was made way before they were completely booked! Instead we were put on a floor with a bunch of young kids (hockey team). They were loud running around in the hallway and were playing hockey in front of the elevators. They finally quieted down until 10:45 when they started up again. We used the hot tub, there were 3 others using it also, when we went to get out we found there were no towels. One of the other people went to ask for towels, we all stayed in the hut tub another 15 - 20 minutes and no towels came. I went to the front desk and asked, they said they would bring some out, 10 minutes went by, no towels came. We just left and dripped on our way back to the room. We stayed at this hotel on 10-10-25 and had a great stay, last night was NOT a great stay for the experience and price we paid.
