We’ve stayed at this hotel twice while visiting our son at Calvin University, and both experiences were excellent. Nicolas Geanta, the General Manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated every request with kindness and professionalism. Meredith at the front desk was also incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were always spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and we really appreciated having a kitchen for longer stays. The breakfast was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, grill area, and the social dinners during the week. The entire staff made us feel at home, and we will absolutely stay here again whenever we visit Grand Rapids.
