The hotel was easy to get to. There was a McDonald’s, Starbucks, and gas station within walking distance. Plenty of dining just a short 5 minute drive away. The beds were amazing! Our heat didn’t work, and staff came to fix it but it still didn’t work after it was “fixed”. Breakfast was enough, but nothing special (bagels, boiled eggs, muffins, and juice).

Arrived at desk at 5PM to couple on 1st floor reporting room just assigned to them had "soaking wet carpeting and several fans running while smelling of urine", and a 2nd couple reporting "stained sheets and 3 bugs" in their room upon their arrival. Per desk clerk all rooms had been booked so unsure of resolution by management. Window in front door was dirty. Our 2 queen bed room had no coffee maker, no cups or glasses, no clock, no phone, no comfortable seating, stained dingy wash cloths. Pillows were poor and breakfast options limited. AC and fan, shower and hairdryer worked well and it was quiet, but overall a poor value and we will never return.

The rooms were not ready for many guest when they arrived. They gave us a soon that smelt like urine, Floors were soaking wet and it had many fans blowing. They put us in another room that had a bad odor, Many rooms near us had barking dogs. The continental breakfast consist of cereal, a few bagel and a few muffins, There was not enough to accommodate the guest. If you are not down there by 7am when they put the food out-You will not have anything. The elevator is sketchy and extremely loud, We thought we were going to get stuck a few times.

1. Elevator floor filthy. 2. Elevator is very frightening. Very noisy and it shakes as it is moving up. 3. 3rd floor hall carpet is very old and dirty. (I can see that it is vacuumed often but needs a good cleaning or perhaps it should be replaced. 4. Ran out of breakfast foods such as coffee, butter, creamer and milk, etc... 5. The bedding seems clean however, it looks old and worn. 6. There weren't enough towels for 2 people. We were told that guests had been stealing them, so they're aren't enough. (How about buying new ones?) 7. Upon entering the room for the first time, I realized that there was a bath towel that was damp and had a hugh stain on it. I must say that the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, I also noticed that there is not enough staff. The morning manager was running around doing all the jobs by himself. I had a few more issues but I think I've said enough to make you understand.

The hotel main areas were not that great- wall paneling broken, carpets dirty, wall paint peeling, old elevator that sounded like it was going to break down. The room was clean enough- bed was clean- entry floors had a few spots and could have used a mop upon entry. The location was out of the city enough it felt pretty safe.
