We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in downtown Grand Rapids! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the fireworks from the Jdek. It was such a fun experience, and the food they served was absolutely amazing. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The views of the river were beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Grand Rapids!

Great hotel but, for the price, the beds weren’t very comfy, the pillows were super flat and it was pretty loud. Staff were all great, especially in the bar. Beautiful view!
