SUPER CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. The breakfast was fresh, the parking was very close and easy. We liked the room and it was higher quality than expected for the price.

I always have liked this property when I go out to Grand Rapids. It’s in a safe, quiet area that is close to many stores (if you forget anything) and restaurants. 10 minute Uber to get to downtown.

It is very clean. Nice to have real coffee mugs in the room. Good location to get to downtown easily. Was around $15.00 to Uber/Lyft. I will stay here again.

First off the room was great!! Very spacious. Very comfortable… The Bad, spa tub was broken , They need better breakfast!!! I’ve had better at other hotels and all this food was microwaved… They had biscuits but no gravy…..Make your own waffles, and Old fashioned Oatmeal…. They need to step it up especially for it being run by Hilton Hotels!!!…Otherwise stay was great… Outdoor fireplace was wonderful…….
