Everything was great, except the check in ladies. I booked 1 night with expedia and paid throughout expedia and wanted to make sure I did not get charged double for my room and check in girls were rolling their eyes at me and giving me dirty looks. I don’t know if I will be back over that. There nothing worse than getting treated rudely if front of my family. Disgraceful

Room was generously sized and clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. The host in the dining area greeted each guest. I thought that was nice. Bed was very comfortable, water was hot, really liked the extra pegs to hang things up. Only dislike for me was the perfumed air in the room and halls. But would definitely stay again.

No problems with safety and cleanliness. The key cards didn’t work at first. The hair dryer didn’t work - found that out when I got out of the shower. Also the phone did not work correctly. The room was clean. The hotel is in a convenient place close to good restaurants and places we needed to go.
