Breakfast was good, great service. Our TV didn't work (football playoffs) and waited over two hours for the maintenance to come, never arrived . Finally, a new front desk worker moved us to a new room. They are working on refreshing the rooms with new sofas.

Overall, my day was great. I was happy that the hotel gave the opportunity to have a Jacuzzi in the room. I actually loved it what I did not like is the trash that was left in the hallways. I feel like that should not be anywhere for customers to see.

The hot tub had black dirtiness floating in it. When we told the front desk and asked for a call to the room when it had been cleaned, it was met with annoyance. The shower had ZERO hot water. Room wasn't ready when i checked in. Im extremely disappointed in my stay
