Golf outing

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Room was very clean, front desk was nice. Our reservation was messed up but the gentleman fixed it and we were able to stay. Breakfast was waffles. They cleaned the bathroom while we were gone. All in all if we are in the area again we would stay here again.

The property was very clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The suite was roomy and comfortable. The property was worn - paint and trim touchups would improve the appearance. The functional parts all worked well. The hot water flowed well, the microwave worked well, and so forth. It was good value for the money.

The staff are professional and friendly. The parking is plentiful, though part of the lot is unpaved. The neighborhood is a quiet suburban to rural area, with some restaurants within walking distance. The room is very clean and quite roomy (I booked a handicap-accessible room).

Good, clean hotel. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Free shuttle to and from the Grand Rapids airport, although I didn't require that. Breakfast was continental and didn't include eggs, bacon or sausages. No pool or whirlpool either. I would actually stay there again due to the reasonable cost, cleanliness and convenient location.

Price was very reasonable. The room and bed were very comfortable. The only thing I found subpar was the fan in the bathroom which was very loud. Also the shampoo and conditioner dispenser fell off the wall when I was trying to use it in the shower. I was going to mention it to management when I was checking out but no one was on the front desk dispite my waiting for 5-10 minutes
