There was an additional $50 charge that was like a deposit. No problem there just did not see that in the app. The room was spacious, the TV remote was broke, made do, fingernail polish on the head board of the bed, the bathroom is where I lost it. You could see the old, moldy, dark brown spots in the shower, it just wasn’t a good look. After cleaning the room again, I felt better about sleeping there. It’s a small thing to some, but small upgrades would be nicer for people who stay. I felt like the pictures were showing the same hotel on the Westside.

Beautiful building, terrible service! Front desk unattended. Push the buzzer and waited 10 minutes to check in, still no one showed. Went to dinner came back. Same scenario. I called the hotel phone number and the desk phone started ringing and the desk clerk came running. He scolded me for doing that. Breakfast bar stocked or unstacked, depending on who was working. One morning, no bananas or apples. I asked desk attendant if he could check on apples or bananas. He told me because there weren’t any out. They probably didn’t have any. I said, would you mind checking anyway. He checked and came back out with apples. He said the nighttime person probably forgot to stock it. Evidently on the shift change no checking on the status of anything. Radison should send in the management team and straighten it out or take their name off the building. Would not recommend, would not go back.

Rooms were clean and big. Our toilet overflowed. While checking in the receptionist took and phone call and made us wait while he argued with a woman trying to cancel her room but it was too late. This morning housekeeping walked in while we were still in our room 9:45am and my daughter was changing. No knock just came in.

Stayed 2 years ago and it was a 4 star. This time it was very dirty. Carpets in hall and stairs were dirty. The cleaning service was outside our room when we checked in and never used the vacuum. There were 3 ice makers and all three were out and staff was not friendly about it. They didnt care. The swimming pool was cold. There was no country Inn cookies.

Arrived at midnight. Rang bell and waited for 12 minutes for someone to finally come to county. She was unable to get me checked in due to an authorization issue on the computer system. I had to ask twice for an update as I stood there for 15 minutes and she didn’t say a word to me. She called the GM over and over with no answer.I asked for a room and she couldn’t check me in she said. At 1252, the manager called back and helped her get me checked in. I stood up there for 52 minutes and reserved days in advance. No apologies, nothing. Terrible communication,terrible customer service. Room was fine.

Great place to stop

This is a nice and clean, up-to-date hotel. Our room was quiet with not much traffic noise. The breakfast was great and included hot foods.
