We were greeted when we walked in, the Desk Clerk and staff were courteous. We had a nice room. Breakfast was good. The only challenge was that the In-room coffee machine did not have a filter, so we could not brew coffee. I explained what I needed at the front desk and my son showed them when they came to the room, but we never got it. They did have coffee 24/7 downstairs.

First room had stains on bedspread and smelled like mold. Rooms need updating and cleaned. Door handles had no finish. Sink faucet old and dirty. Rust on door hinges. Trim and door paint chipped and dirty. Milk expired. . Oj was out. Eggs , sausage and bagels offered only. I guess you get what you pay for. Never again. Staff was nice and helped change room. Almost like he knew exactly what i was talking about before i said it.

Shuttle great. Bathroom had live bug on floor, hair on floor and in shower and on towels. Breakfast wasnt open when expected. Got charged for parking more than one night when online parking was "free*"

clean quiet room and decent breakfast. Would definitely be 5 star except they charged $10.00 a night for parking for the 4 nights we were gone even though we stay at both the beginning and end of our trip to phoenix.

Excellent hotel. Met all my expectations EXCEPT the airport shuttle was not available to guests until 5:30 am. My flight was for 6:30. So I had to get an Uber which was something I had never done before but was not difficult to do with my iPhone.
