I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff when I got there was so welcoming and nice. The room was perfect for what I needed. Vernice the next day let me have a later checkout since my flight was later and was an absolute joy to talk with! Overall it was clean had everything I needed and more. This is great for a park and stay for your car. It should be known there is no shuttle after midnight and you are on your own… if you try to rebook alternate stays during a snow storm and don’t make it, there is a no- show fee. Upon finally arriving a “deal” was made that was more expensive than neighboring hotels with proper amenities. There was no hot water, even after running full blast for half an hour (hotel was empty), no drinking water or coffee.
