1 Star – Dirty, Poorly Maintained, and Extremely Disappointing We stayed October 7–9, and I honestly don't know where to begin. The floors were noticeably uneven throughout the hotel. Our room had a Barbie doll on the bed and toys left behind, making us question whether anyone had properly cleaned it. The bathroom walls had thick, messy white material smeared across them that looked like a poorly done repair job. The furniture was damaged, and our door had such a large gap that you could see into the hallway even when it was completely shut. The woman checking us in didn't even speak to us. And if you enjoy listening to every footstep from the guests above you, this is definitely the hotel for you! We weren't expecting luxury. We expected a clean, maintained, comfortable room where we could relax and sleep. For a hotel carrying the Radisson name, this was extremely disappointing. I have photos of these conditions. Save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else.

Pros: Staff was friendly and breakfast was hot and satisfactory. Room was overall comfortable Cons: Bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned; ours had leftover hair left in them. Walls are thin enough to hear neighbors. EV charging theoretically available, but $10/night for L2 charging (when one of the chargers was completely non-functional) is too steep a price when most vehicles will pull a fraction of that price worth of electricity.

This hotel did the trick but wasn't the greatest. You could not take any of the breakfast to your room without a charge. The breakfast choices were limited and not very good quality. The staff seemed less than interested in helping, though they did help. The tiles of the pool deck are extremely slick when wet! Overall, it provided a place for us to sleep for the night, but I would not return. Nothing was horrible, but nothing stood out as good.

This hotel is dirty and run down. I would never stay here again. The room doors don’t close properly, there is a smoke smell in the halls, the same trash was on the stairs for 4 days in a row, etc. The walls are paper thin and fellow guests are LOUD. We thought the ceiling was going to cave in and unsure what gymnastics was happening in the room above us. The breakfast was poorly stocked and poor attempts were made at pretending to wipe tables. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
