The Minne Stuga is a Chalet style A-Frame cabin on Devil Track Lake, approximately 10 minutes north of downtown Grand Marais. The cabin was originally built in 1973 and received a complete restoration in 2021. Updates include all new Marvin Windows and doors, new flooring throughout the cabin with in-floor heat in bathrooms and living spaces, new A/C units in both bedrooms for sleeping comfort, and all new plumbing and electrical. The basement game room also has 4 built in twin bunk beds and a full bathroom. The property sits on 200 ft of lakeshore on Devil Track lake. Guests have access to the private dock and paddle boards and canoes. The property also has an indoor wood burning fire-place in the great room, a gas fireplace on the lake-facing deck, and a large outdoor fire pit near the lake.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as an arcade/game room and barbecue grills.

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin is absolutely beautiful and so well thought out and well stocked with everything we needed. The amount of space and sitting areas is great. There was an awesome library of board games for us to spend time together playing, and plenty of spaces to curl up with a book for quiet time. The fireplace was great, and so was the sauna. The game room area was a huge hit too! We would definitely stay here again

The Minne Stuga is an amazing destination! Owners have done an incredible job of curating a ‘less is more’ experienceFamily needed a break from the ‘real’ world and The Minne Stuga totally delivered! Intentionally minimal tech but the WiFi was excellent and family movie night using the projector/screen was especially memorable Our party was 3 couples (me/wife, oldest child 1, youngest 1). Property is perfectly set up so each couple had their own floor. With the 4 bunk beds in the lowest floor, it would be great for multiple kiddos too! Went snowshoeing out on Devil Track Lake and pic attached shows the sunset we saw!Thanks Kevin/Melissa for making The Minne Stuga trip an unforgettable family adventure!

The cabin and the property were beautiful and very clean during our 4-night stay in early June. Weather was warm but not hot. Grand Marais was gorgeous and only a 10 - 15 min drive. The cabin housed my significant other, 2 teens, and a dog nicely. Sittin on the couch in the living area on the top floor was my favorite spot. There were two fireplaces, a wood and a gas. The gas fireplace on the balcony was the favorite. We made s'mores every night, which was the goal. The dock is pretty private and had a great view of the stars at night. We used the canoe and one of the paddle boards and enjoyed both. We had a picnic on the lake. There was also a sauna which helped to warm us up after getting in the water for a while. The host was very responsive and helpful. I asked a lot of questions and always received a kind response. Great stay!
