Our room was great! We had a 1 bdrm with a full kitchen and balcony. The view of Moose Mountain was amazing. The amenities were great! We loved the outdoor pool and hot tub, the gondola ride, alpine slide, and walking trails. Although we did not use the fireplace, it looked very nice

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations — the rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The surrounding nature is stunning, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made our stay truly special. We especially appreciated how quiet and serene everything was — a perfect place to unwind and recharge. The overall experience felt very welcoming and well cared for. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

Location is PERFECT. The gondola and alpine rides were on site. Beautiful in the summer time. My window lock was broken so we could only open one window. That is the reason for the 4 rather than 5.

Beautiful suite for a young family, easy Murphy bed for night time bed space, cute little balcony with a lovely view of the mountain. Lots of stairs, tvs didn’t work (and apparently no one on staff to fix them), and a short walk to the outdoor heated pool. Perfect spot for staying while enjoying summer in the north shore.

Loved almost everything about this place!!! Amazing view, very clean, staff was super nice and helpful, loved having a fireplace and balcony; even the in room coffee was better than most. Only things we didn’t like were the ice was in a totally different building that we had to drive to (it was hot and melted if we walked) as well as was the pool, fitness center etc. Minor complaints on our wonderful stay! Will return in the fall for sure.
