They advertised they have pool , the pool and hot tub was closed . The door to outside don’t work . They put bricks for the door . When reported to front desk they say that door works .. I need to literally prove to them that it doesn’t work.. then they are saying yeh they were aware of it and keep some bricks to keep the door open . Looks like front staff don’t know what is happening overall in the property .

The young gentleman who greeted me when I was arrived was very kind and thoughtful and friendly. He had a nice quiet nature and was thorough. I felt at ease immediately ( older woman traveling alone ). The room was clean and it was very quiet in there. Much appreciated. I will definitely stay here again anytime I have the need. Thank You !

South entry door was broken, propped open with a rock for the stay. Key card didn’t work and front desk said they had a new system. Weird room layout, no bathroom fan, the place just felt outdated and poorly maintained. Pile of broken room refrigerators by the ice machine on our floor. Breakfast seemed okay, similar to other continental breakfasts. Gym was decent. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel staff from front desk to kitchen were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Only complaint is that pool area was closed with no access. This seems to happen more than one would expect. Also didn’t like that rooms are only serviced every three days.
