The staff in the restaurant and bar need professional development. This morning we asked to be seated. The lady that welcomed us did not—did not say good morning, did not welcome us to the restaurant. Successfully seated was accomplished. Read the menu. Saw the high prices. Informed the lady we were not going to stay. She was excited we were departing shown by her happier behavioral. Night before the bar ladies did not willingly come to ask if we needed another beverage. We had to wave to the lady to ask for another beverage.

Whole stay felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Didnt get my deposit back. Staff wasnt very friendly at all. Got stopped at the front desk while a security guard was standing there to ask if we had a room. Just over all not a great experience.

Room was large and clean. Bed comfortable. Staff was fine. $14 parking charge/day is ridiculous and was not noted anywhere on-line when I booked. Disappointing. Was told was “Taco Tuesday” in lounge with gratis tacos during “Happy Hour.” Was badgered for two-drink minimum. Fine. Just be clear on the policy.

Room with a view!

We booked last minute and received a fantastic room with a great view of the mountains! The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The pool looked great but we were exhausted and had to pass.

I felt to comfortable at this hotel. Its right off the freeway with easy access returning . The staff is respectful and patient. I koved the in hotel bar and lou ge and the resturante is adorable and cozy.
