It was a very nice and clean property. The bunkbed room did stay a bit warmer than the rest of the room but other than that it was a good stay.

This cozy home is just a short drive from wherever you want to go. Chris was easy to communicate with. The complementary bottle of local wine was an added bonus and very delicious.

Excellent location and spotless home!

My wife and I had an excellent stay here! The location is ideal. We were close to downtown with lots of restaurants and bars. The nearby park was awesome. The house was spotless and the hosts were extremely responsive and easy to work with. We plan on making this our home away from home every time we are in grand junction.

Cute, clean place

House was just as described. We had 4 adults,2 teenagers and 1 dog. Just the right amount of space for us all. Backyard is fenced in with plenty of room for the dog and a nice place for humans to hang too.

July 4th - Grand Junction

Overall, the property was great. The house was clean, updated and well cared for and for us was conveniently located between the Lunch Loops for biking, hiking in McInnis canyons and a little wine tasting. An added bonus was that the backyard had large trees that provided a lot of shade and made it comfortable to hang out. The host was easy to contact and was very responsive and informative. highly recommend the property.

Enjoy Colo

Very convenient location for us. No cable was a major downer! Apps on wifi for most everything required suscriptions. Also, no screendoor on patio door for fresh air, a real disappointment. Great to have use of full garage and cleaning service, so enjoyed GJ very much.
