Spacious Apartment on 4 acre hay farm with views in every direction. We are located right on the border of Fruita city limits which allows for the quiet and privacy of the country but still close enough to walk, ride your bike or drive to the heart of Fruita. We are also only 10 minutes from world class mountain biking, hiking the Colorado National Monument or wine tasting across the Grand Valley.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Perfect MTB getaway

Went for ROAM fest and to ride 18 road trails. This spot is perfectly central to all of the good mountain bike trails in the area plus a close drive to downtown. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed! I have stayed here twice!!

This is a beautiful, clean and easy place to stay. The pastures around it were picturesque. It was clean and comfortable. Jolene responded to my inquiries incredibly fast. Checkin/out was a snap. Excellent area for 3 senior citizens. The accommodations were perfect.
