This Mainstay Suites is subpar compared to other priorities such as the Mainstay down the highway in Lincoln St 27th and Folkways. The breakfast is exceptionally basic. The advertised managers evening drink and snacks didn't even happen. Our room had a hole in the wall behind the door. The vibe was more Super 8 in a bad section of town than the quality we associate with Mainstay Suites.

It was a very rundown hotel, especially for the price! The tub was rusted, the dishes were dirty, and they don't even offer cribs/pack n plays. The breakfast was an absolute joke! All the juices were "out" the waffle maker was at least 50yrs old, metal was literally in my waffle!!!!! The whole place can definitely use a LOT of TLC.

The price was OK. The facility is not fancy but was clean. The room arrangement was not good. The couch sat at a right angle to the TV. The bed was quite firm and not very comfortable.

Only problem we had was the so called contenial breakfast. It was all sugar!!!! For a diabetic it was bad. It had peanut butter, jelly, butter and honey but no toaster and no bread. It had danish, sugar filled cereal and oatmeal and muffins. It should have had bagels and cream cheese. Some fruit At the the coffee could have been hot. It was very disappointing. We could eat any of it so we had to spend 24.00 to go out to eat when we didn’t plan it

The room, and the stay was average, the breakfast was very disappointing. There was no sausage, no eggs, no bacon, no biscuits and gravy. I would have thought that a hotel with such a good ratings would provide at least an average breakfast compared to the other 10 hotels I have stayed at on this trip. What a cheap outfit! I would not stay there again.
