There is an unpleasant odor, noticeable as soon as you walk into the unit. The building doesn't have good soundproofing. We could hear the upstairs neighbors, footsteps and what sounded like furniture being moved around. Unfortunately, they were moving around until 1 AM Monday morning. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. The beds are comfortable.

Big, Clean and Comfortable

Apartment exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and cleanliness. The complementary wind and microwave popcorn was a bonus. My only suggestion would be to somehow list the tv channels that are actually included in the cable plan. The TV Guide button brings up over 200 channels but most of the “channel not available” after you select it. This was a bit frustrating and a wasted a lot of time looking for a show or movie

We had 4 adults & a teenager. The two bedrooms were perfect for the adults. Teenager slept on the extra pullout couch in the living room which was perfect because it was out of the way & didn’t really affect the actual living space. We left the bed pulled out most of the time & it wasn’t too bad getting around it. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for an extended stay. We were all a bit sore & craving our own beds by night 5. Amenities were great. I took extra washcloths because other reviews mentioned there not being enough, which was true. We still had to request a few more, along with some toilet paper & trash bags. Our contact person answered right away & extra supplies were delivered that afternoon. Four beach chairs (2 with coolers for water bottles!), an umbrella, and frisbees were provided which was perfect! Loved the little balcony for breakfast & coffee each morning. Loved the big windows - lots of natural light. Up to date & very clean! Only real complaint was hot water for showers. We could only get about one shower in before the hot water ran out so we tried to be strategic - some showered in the morning, others in the evening, some just washed up or did a quick hair wash on certain days. We made it work & let our contact know. He let the owners know so hopefully if it is a water heater issue, it will be resolved. Overall, great stay!
