Don't stay on the 4th Floor!

I always stay at the Olive Ann every 4-5 months when visiting my son at UND. This was the first time I stayed on the 4th floor versus the 2nd floor. The toilet was constantly running and sometimes wouldn't flush. I called the front desk, they came out, but it wasn't fixed. :-( The service was hit or miss. The bed was VERY hard and tilted at an angle. Normally it's very comfortable. The toilet paper seemed cheap and rough. The first night we heard the bass booming from a party upstairs. We had a hard time going to sleep.

This hotel blows all of the other Grand Forks hotels out of the water. So glad I found it for when we visit my daughter at UND. I actually look forward to the 11 hour drive to ND because I know I'm going to the Olive Ann.
