Staff needs training.

We reserved and paid for a suite with 3 beds. The 1st room they gave us was occupied. The 2nd room was not a suite and had only 2 beds (we are a 3 man maintenance crew). We were then told there were no suites available even after showing the clerk availability listed on their site. Canceled our reservation and went elsewhere.

Things were not clean looking, lots of stains and dirt looking spots all over. Our window to our room had a huge crack and did not shut all the way. It made our room cold and was very noisy on windy days

Breakfast could use some help

Very clean and nicely updated. The pool was ok, it would have been nice if the water was a bit warmer but it wasn't horrible. Breakfast was awful though. The waffle batter was like water. The eggs and sausage were cold.

Outdated property that shows wear and tear on the inside. Cleanliness is an issue and TVs didn't work. For the price paid it was not worth it. Very surprised this property gets a high review rating.

Tv didn’t work when confronted front desk staff they said yes another lady in another room on our floor was having same issue we replaced her box and still didn’t work so they were unsure…..they didn’t give us any answers or suggestions just left it like that. Bathroom sink tap was very loose and had to be very carefully when turning it on and off, bathroom vent was left hanging down full of dust we had to push it back up multiple times. Wi-Fi is terrible on the forth floor and no answers to why that is.
