I booked this through expedia which stated that pets specifically dogs were allowed. The day of the booking, I start my online check in which was sent by the hotel. In the check-in process it stated cats and dogs were NOT allowed and a $250 fee would be added if discovered. I was pretty upset since the only reason I booked this hotel was because I needed a dog friendly location. I would have preferred to stay 30 minutes away. So after discovering this, I made arrangements for my dog to stay someplace else (while travelling). To make matters worse, what do I see when I enter the hotel when we arrive? A dog. Clearly the directions for this hotel are incorrect.

Overall our stay was pretty good. The one issue was there was dog poop in the hallway. I notified the front desk and they only cleaned up a portion of the poo. Everything else was pretty good.

Hotel itself wasn't great. Dirty in places. Pool area was gross and dirty, pool and hot tub were cloudy. Hallway floors were dirty. Elevator smelled. Beds were God awful uncomfortable and noisy. Front desk wasn't very friendly nor there most of the time. Years ago we liked staying here and it was clean and friendly. It has definitely gone down hill. Very disappointed. Won't stay again.
