Well I was double charged for the room price @ $125 and then when we check out we got a $250 charge for staining a towel with shampoo (clearly will come out when washed) and cigarette smoke (which is ridiculous being neither of us smoke)! When I called the next day to inquire about this I received little to no help and definitely no solution, just the advice to call Monday and talk with the manager. So not only was I pushed to the side but I am also out $375 plus tax for the weekend with more time ou re of my schedule Monday to track down the manager. Not impressed at all/will not be staying ever again and definitely would not recommend.

There were cookies available by the front desk clerk, which tasted delicious. The room was spacious. We enjoyed the the Tubi feature and watched old episodes of Fantasy Island. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast had a good variety. Front desk staff were very polite. Thanks for a good stay.

We.left stuff in our room after we checked out, but were.told we never when we called to collect them. so guess the cleaners took it. Nothing valuable, but receptionist became rude. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The room we stayed in was fairly un clean, there were stains on the furniture, and the walls of the bathroom. The hotel is in good need of some up keep, especially with how many hockey teams stay there in the winter.

The room was double the price compared to the summer. We stayed on the second floor and our ice machine was out of order. Plus the hot tub was not working and the heating system kept going on and off all night even though we turned it off.

Was a good stay. Room was clean, everything was fine. Heater was set to full when we got there, and tough to turn off. They were having issues with it. So very hot in the room.
