This hotel was great for the value! We needed a cheaper stay for a hockey tournament and chose this hotel based on price and reviews. The hotel was clean, breakfast was decent, warm and always stocked. Staff was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was quiet and the pool was never busy and very warm, which was great for a weekend below 0 outside. My only complaint is the only door that works is the main door and there is very little parking available. But those are minor! Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable.

The occupant over our room kept us up the whole night, he or she had been walking all night. Good if he or she was just walking, the footsteps were heavy. Reception was informed but I was just given a shrug! Hotel smells musty.

I have never stayed here before but we would be back. Reasonable rates for Canadians and very clean. Definitely will make this a go to in Grand Forks again.

I didn’t end up staying in the room. When I got there I felt immediately unsafe. The concierge was sitting in a car out front the door and only ran in when I got there. I checked in went to my room and felt uneasy, the room was not at all like the pictures, grungy, smelled like smoke and when I went back down to talk to the concierge, he was back in the car in the front of the building just sitting there. I do not recommend, there are many other inns around that had full parking lots and were more welcoming. This place had 2 cars in the parking, one being the car in front of the building running with a bunch of people in it. I’d save your money if I were you. Cheers
