We were asked to leave at 1 am because my 14 year old daughter was having a bi-polar episode. I will require a refund for 1 night and our $75 deposit since we didn’t even stay one night. And also, whoever the night manager was, came and spoke with me about my daughter’s episode and he told us we could stay if she quieted down and got no more complaints. My daughter did quiet down and I spoke with the police and we were still asked to leave. This was so wrong. I understand that it disturbed other guests however, my daughter has Bi-Polar 2 which is the more severe form. How he could be so insensitive to a young girl in crisis is beyond me. Even the police who responded witnessed her crisis after I told her that we had to leave, because that re-triggered her emotional and mental state. At least they were understanding and compassionate. And btw, booking that room for my daughters security took every last dime I had. So thank you soooo much for having such an insensitive staff. And also it wasn’t just my daughters, the people above us were stomping around slamming doors and everything else all night as well.

I left my jewelry behind and the head housekeeper turned it into the assistant manager Ashley who called me. This was over 6,000.00 dollars of jewelry and two people were so honest and said the reward I wanted to give each of them wasn’t necessary ! How amazing! Of course I insisted they each take the money . This company should be so proud of there employees!

The breakfast had limited options and cramped up space for the number of people present. The rooms were well maintained but be aware that there is no elevator on the property.

Nobody cleaned our room or refreshed our dirty towels (the first day we put a sign saying don't disturbed, but the second day we removed the sign and still nobody came). Staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was easy & plentiful. But I never got near the waffles or toaster for breakfast - just a mob scene in one place. Also please put out a sign saying "only 1 fruit each please" since there were people taking all the fruit and none was replaced. I did appreciate having liquid milk & not just solid creamers in coffee. Also appreciated the yoghurt and hot chocolate. Room was small but fine. Thanks.
