We liked our stay here. The property was clean and there was no disfunction which was important for traveling in winter. The location is also strategic for tourist who wants to explore Grand Canyon, and the vibe of the historic area is special. A minor downside is that the breakfast option is too limited. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time here.

Very clean rooms. No signs of smoking as stated. Very cute vintage refrigerator and microwave. Also a coffee maker. Towards the end of the strip. So that made it nice because we could just walk all the way down to the end and back. Easy parking. Will definitely recommend and stay again! And VERY AFFORDABLE for the price

Rooms are quite small. Was unable to set the wall heater to a comfortable temperature due to a faulty thermostat! Convenient location to restaurants and shops in Williams.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The lady at the check-in counter when we arrived was very nice, and breakfast the next morning was good, but no staff were around from the time we got to breakfast till the time we left to ask any questions, which seemed odd. Just beware, if you stay here, be prepared to hear the trains going by, and the heater was just a tad noisy. So not a great nights sleep, but still a decent place to stay.

My family loved the suite. The retro theme was an added bit of class. We enjoyed having the quiet space away from the sleeping area to read or watch TV while the kids went to bed or early in the morning as not to disturb anyone sleeping. Clean, quiet, and convenient for walking downtown. The breakfast was ok, but more so the breakfast space was sweet and had a great little gift shop to peruse. The view out the window was also beautiful. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.
