Amazing location, as close as you can be to the Grand Canyon railway outside of the railway hotel & right in the heart of historic Williams. The history & atmosphere of the building is amazing & the resident ghost was extremely friendly. The large pu lic parking area directly across from the inn accommodated our pickup truck & 20ft trailer without any trouble & was directly in front of the inn entrance. Very cool place that fits with the historic theme of the area & offers guests bragging rights after spending a nice ght with a ghost;))

There was no staff on the premises, and upon arrival the door to our room was left wide open. While I was inspecting the room, another guest exited his own room, walked directly past me, and entered our room. At first, I assumed he was the host, but he briefly entered and returned to his own room. This interaction was unsettling and made us feel unsafe. We later noticed pubic hair in the toilet, leading us to believe this guest may have been using our bathroom prior to our arrival. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness, privacy, and security. The host later explained the guest was staying an additional night, believed the room was unoccupied, entered to “take a look,” and then booked it for the following night. However, the guest was already settled in his room before we arrived, and we checked in well past check-in time, meaning he had ample opportunity to access the room earlier. We have no way of knowing if the room was accessed before our arrival, if items could have been removed and we blamed, or if hidden cameras could have been installed. The host stated it was an “honest mistake” and offered only a downgraded room, with no compensation for the inconvenience. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, and I would not stay here again.

The hotel has a great old west feel with modern comfort but, it's supposedly haunted. No ghosts appeared. It's across from an active all night railroad crossing so bring ear plugs.

Parking seemed fine, no problems. Loved the authenticity and the history. Walking around this small town with plenty of shopping and restaurants. As far as staff, non-existant. Emails and note at the Inn for communications. We loved it.

The restoration on this building was done very well. We had a clean room, all amenities we needed, the cafe downstairs and brewery on the corner made meals easy. Parking is across the street. Pack light because there is no elevator and the stairs are pretty steep. Wish we had stayed longer because this town has a lot of fun things to explore

This place was not at all what I expected. Basically it’s an older room up a steep staircase with no services. No welcome anything, no breakfast, not even decent coffee in the morning. The beds were made very strangely, with the sheet coming only about 3/4 up the bed. This room was definitely not worth what we paid, which was over $200. The only way to contact the hotel was by digging through your emails or finding an email on their website. A contact number should be prominently displayed in your room (there are only 4 rooms). Unfortunately I cannot recommend this Inn. I feel like I got ripped off.

It was a super cute place. No staff on site but they were very responsive when I asked a question. I didn’t realize that this location is supposed to be haunted. I found this out from an article hanging in the hallway. We didn’t have any ghost interaction luckily. The room was small but comfortable. We stayed in #4. Pretty quiet except for the morning the staff of the restaurant below woke us around 5am. We slept with the window open so I just closed it to duffel the noise. I would stay there again but I’d pick the room in front with the sitting room. We
