Room was terrible and dirty. Room had blood splatter on the walls. wipe down an area with a white rag and rag was black.. staff was terrible disrespectful and not understanding. Front desk staff told me if I don't like it.I can get out and did not reimburse me when i didn't stay.

The accommodations were significantly below standard. Upon arrival, I found the room in a state of neglect: the mattress was old and visibly soiled, and the stained linens were the wrong size, frequently slipping off during the night. Furthermore, basic hospitality services were non-existent; no housekeeping, fresh towels, or essential toiletries were provided, and trash was never collected. To make matters worse, the breakfast advertised on your website was unavailable throughout my staY.
