The bathroom was disgusting, filthy. I would not even consider getting in the shower. Apparently the ceiling over the bathroom sink had fallen in at some point, the repair undescribable.

Poor staff - gave us a room that was occupied. Once when the room key got deactivated they weren’t sure if they had given the room to another guest and had to do a whole play of having to call the room, check through the windows and slowly open the door. Honestly unacceptable from any hotel.
