I specifically filtered my search to find a property with a pool. Upon checking in, I asked the kiosk clerk if the pool would be re-opened, as I saw that it was green. He said it was open, and that the maintenance person would clean it that day. (I knew it would need to be shocked.) But later I sat in the pool area and noticed all the surface was chipped and peeling and dirty. Expedia should NOT include a “pool” as part of this property. A few days later when I checked out, I noticed that the property had crossed off “pool” as an amenity. Other than that, we noticed some dirty areas, like where people would throw things into the trash and splash onto the wall— but it was never cleaned. Don’t look under the bedside table… my husband dropped his medicine & when he retrieved it he found more than what he bargained for. The check in and check out process was easy with the kiosk clerk, the fridge held a good amount, and the a/c was cold.

Now I know why it was inexpensive! Just wanted a clean room to sleep at night but didn't get that. Peoples hair in the shower, stained black shower floor. Filth behind the bathroom door, carpet was worn out and filthy. All I can say, NEVER AGAIN. BEWARE!
