Looked VERY CLEAN. Roaches, very run down area with lots of homeless and open drug use. Went to grab something from my car and there were 2 people behind it next to a tree smoking something off of a piece of aluminum with a straw of some sort. Would not recommend

Check was very slow. I did the pre-check in and still took a good amount of time. Check-in was completed with a computer customer service person which was very impersonal and slow. It was clear she was helping other people. Room smelled and was dirty. There was hair on the towels in the bathroom and in the pillow in the bed

stay was ok, the room was no very clean, and what was terrible the check in, you have to talk to a monitor the rep was taking so long to process and give me a wrong key, then wait for another one. It was midnight so we were tired, you just want to get a key if you had a reservation already

I would like a refund. We arrived at 11pm and the lobby was packed. I waited 45 min for other travelers to deal with the Indian lady who was helping check people in from a video chat. Finally when it was my turn the Indian lady was hard to understand and the screen would break up. In the middle of checking in the Indian service lady began to yell at two girls who had been checking if the vending machine was open. She ignored me completely and threatened the girls with calling the police. It was very awkward! The service was insulting and pathetic. I could go into more but there isn’t enough characters. Our room was very underwhelming. There was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door. The shower curtain was too short for the shower so the floor got wet and didn’t have a liner. We drove 13 hours from Texas to Arizona and we expected a simple check in and comfortable stay. I won’t go back to a Days in after this.
