I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels in Flagstaff, most are a little aged and over priced. Elev8 was nothing of the sort. Very friendly and welcoming at check in. The room was immaculate. Sparse maybe, not a picture on the wall and lots of white, but very clean and tidy. Hot tub area was also clean and extra towels provided. Check out was easy and I was thanked by 3-4 people when I left. Overall a nice stay, great price, very clean room.

First and foremost, the entire staff at Elev8 is unbelievably nice and friendly. Everyone from the front desk, to the housekeeping staff is amazing. I never passed anyone who didn't say a friendly 'hello'. And not just an obligatory 'hello', but one that was genuine and friendly. The times I needed things (extra towels, toilet paper, etc.), they immediately stopped what they were doing to help. I wish I had written all of their names down so that I could mention them each personally, but this staff is great, and they just make the experience much better! The hotel itself is our go-to when we go to Flagstaff. The balcony/patio that some of the rooms have is a great place to sit out and enjoy a cup of coffee, or to just breathe the cool air. We haven't used the other amenities (sauna, pool, etc.), but we've peeked inside and they seem very comfortable and have everything you'd need. The little store they have is also very convenient. There isn't a ton of stuff there, but it is nice being able to go grab a bottle of water or soda, and maybe find a little snack to munch on! The rooms are always clean and cozy. The location is great, just outside the noise of town, but close enough to grocery stores and places to eat. The pet policy is cool, too, and love that there's a little doggy area for pets to walk around and and sniff and go potty. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about Elev8. Like I said, it's our go-to hotel, and will continue to be for our future visits!

Limited parking , no complementary cookies as advertised, workout room machines didn't function properly and there was no cleaning supplies cleaning supplies. Sauna was dirty and both doors were open so it was not hot.

Hallway carpet looked dirty and there were scuffs on the wall of room. The HVAC controls also did not seem to work - we set the heat to 69 and the room kept getting warmer to the point that we turned it off in the middle of the night. Additionally, after I booked I got a message from Hotels.com/the hotel about a $15 “resort” fee that would be added to my bill automatically. I was not charged separately but it was not clear whether the hotels.com total included this additional fee or not - with other listings I have seen this noted clearly as part of the cost. If it was included in the total I paid to hotels.com but not disclosed that seems dishonest.
