Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to troubleshoot TV issue. The hotel was clean but worn down. Pool closed, business center not functioning, tv not functioning immediately, patches of missing paint on walls above beds, pull out couch very uncomfortable. The room was clean, but, it was very outdated. Material on headboards were chipping off, best not too comfy, ac didn’t do well. Bathroom sink area had cracks in it also. The breakfast wasn’t good the food didn’t taste good. Tasted old. Amenities were great and so was staff. No complaints there. Parking was good too.

The entire Hotel needs deep clean up. There are dead bugs in the lighting of the elevator (a lot of them) As if there is management at this location…. The staff are not friendly or helpful. The breakfast is bare minimum compared to other Holiday Inn locations.

Decent room. Quiet hotel. Good breakfast. Staff wasn’t that friendly. Just there because they had to be. Rooms were clean but had noticeable damage, especially in the bathroom. Maintenance could do a better walkthrough prior to guest checking in.
