I had a hard time finding it. No signage from the street that I could see, like turn here for Hilton. I don’t like that I have to sign into Hilton to get wi-fi. I expect good free WiFi as an amenity.

indoor pool is Small and right in front of lobby for all to watch. The tv didnt work called front desk, tried to troubleshoot, wouldnt work. Tried watching my laptop.. the electrical plugs between the beds didnt work. Called front desk, advised to plug stuff in on other side of room, worked but cant watch a dead tv or laptop from across room The beds were so hard, it caused my back to spasm all night where i got no sleep. First thing at 7am you heard EVERYTHING in the hall. I didnt even both with the breakfast i pre-paid for as i was so tired, and sore. Then the red rash broke out from the bedding. Maintenance calls and i waited for them to arrive. He tried to come back but i wanted to see his 'fix'. He knew the TV HDMI ports were bad. I didnt even think to swap cables and ports. Then he again knew the plugs were going out stating it was a big project to fix.. Manager offered a $25 GC IF i signed a consent form i was advised NOT to sign by my legal rep. BUT i could not talk to the manager as she wasnt there and wouldnt return my 5 calls over 2 days. Tried to enjoy my vacation. Came back, still no manager nor did she call. I was NOT able to switch rooms or hotels as EVERY hilton was apparently booked in flagstaff. They would NOT refund because Expedia wouldnt allow. We left early. This place is NOT a Hilton standard.

Clean room, comfortable bed. The elevator was broken and we were on 3rd floor but they offered us a refund to go to another hotel. We can handle 3 flights of stairs thankfully.

Very clean place, foods and walmart closeby, breakfast with ok. Very mixed feeling about service. Front desk clerks were friendly, but not well trained I booked one more night at the desk, the lady entered the info and told me to come back for rekey and pay in the am. When I went by next am, I was told by a different person that there was no booking entered, she helped me booked it again and rekeyed my cards. I specifically asked for them to empty the trash cans and add some clean towels, I also made sure she included breakfast for all 3 guests. I was charged $50 deposit twice as it was '2 different bookings'. And here we were back in the evening, no one emptied trash or refilled the towels. I had to call them just to do that. Then the next morning when we showed up at the diner, we were told only one breakfast was included and we needed to pay the other 2 guests. At this point I was so upset since nothing seemed to be right. I explained to the diner staff that I told the lady who booked the room to include all 3 breakfast which she said she did, even told me it'll be extra charge and I paid for it. The diner lady was kind enough to tell me she could write 2 but she couldn't do that for all 3. I know it wasn't her fault and I hate to add more work for her. So I walked to the front desk and explained the situation. They were able to change it to 3 by the end. It's really not a bad place at all and the price was reasonable. They could've done a lot better.

Not a pleasant experience

The rooms are very small, the elevator was not functioning so we had to carry bags up to third floor. The refrigerator pulled right out on the floor when trying to open the door. Do not recommend staying at this hotel. It is not a typical Hilton. Just stay away.

Ther s better places to stay

Rude front desk, broken elevator, no free breakfast, average beds. Just not that good for how much we paid. I would stay somewhere else.
