Too noisy, from inside and outside of building. The windows are not weather and sound proof. The breakfast was a joke, some pastry, cereals and apples.
The Historic Grand Canyon Hotel is the perfect place to stay when in Williams or visiting the Grand Canyon! It is beautifully restored with the perfect mix between antique decor and modern amenities. We stayed in the Carriage House 1 and loved it! The owners of the hotel are welcoming and extremely accommodating. If you live in Arizona, this hotel would also be a perfect staycation location!
Room was spotless, clean and the staff was very friendly. The only complaint I have is regarding the breakfast as it was nothing but muffins, pastries, cereal with mil and orange juice to drink. I was hoping for more of a hot breakfast but overall, the stay was pleasant.
This is a wonderfully remodeled old time hotel. We stop here every time we are passing through.

Friendly front desk staff. Historic hotel located on Main Street. Adjacent to a variety of restaurants. Williams is a quaint little town with in a short drive to the Grand Canyon.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in October, as a base to visit Grand Canyon. Staff were really friendly, the hotel is utterly charming and we loved how characterful it was. Our room, suite 7, was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. I would 100% recommend staying here, it made our trip all the more memorable.
It's a wonderful place that is old but well maintained. It was fun to experience this hotel. It's noisy because there's a train station right next to the hotel. But there are earplugs in the room. It's a thoughtful policy.

We stayed i room 7 which is the Grand Family Suite. It was just perfect and so charming! My family and I had an amazing stay and we will be back for sure in the future!
Staff members we had interaction with were very welcoming and had knowledge of the hotel's history (appreciated since this is an historic hotel, actually being AZ's first hotel). We learned interesting tidbits about the current owners' efforts and successes in refurbishing the Historic Grand Canyon Hotel to it's original glory, giving us an even greater appreciation for this charming (& very clean!) treasure in downtown Williams.

I love that the hotel was in the middle of everything you literally walk out.And everything is right there for you to enjoy. With people that are so friendly and nice. Weather was beautiful. A lot of history I can be explored.
Continental breakfast was unhealthy, limited choices. Sweetened yogurt only. High fat pastries. Nothing healthy to eat except a few pieces of fruit.
The room was ok except that the toilet and shower area were in an area with an outside door that was not insulated, so it was very cold.
There was a large dead bug in the sheets that our companions were staying in and the front desk was not at all surprised.
Love this property and the staff. Right in downtown, walkable to everything. Very friendly service and great communication. Charming historical hotel that is loved and appreciated.
