It was so charming and the breakfast in the ballroom was so lovely. We loved that it has been renovated to its original glory, and felt like we were thrust back to 1891 when it first opened but with modern amenities. Well done on recreating the charm of this historic hotel. We could only check in at a lter time so the parking area in the back was already full. No worries as we were able to park on 2nd Street.

Close to train to get to the grand canyon. This hotel had so much charm. Beds were comfortable and clean. This hotel is over 100 years old, it was amazing to be in. Staff were wonderful as well. Definitely recommend. Not all rooms have TVs, but we knew that in advance.

The front desk was delightful. The rooms were clean & comfortable, but the rain shower didn't work. I would also be nice to have a small chair in each room. The breakfast pastries were frozen, so not so good. It would be nice to have some low calorie yogurt. There was a great event of teaching line dancing which we didn't attend but could hear everyone enjoying themselves. Loved the overall experience and would recommend this hotel to others.
