It got the job done. Room was clean and tidy upon arrival, as was the bathroom. The ac/heater did the job as well, and kept the room warm. I was given the choice of room and which level, which was very convenient, and check in and out was very easy as well.

I had a great stay. It was quiet and peaceful. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, and I was across the street from a Safeway supermarket.My on complaint is that the door bolt didn't work.

Throughout my stay, I complained that the Wi-Fi didn't work in my room, and all the staff did was tell me that it works that way when it didn't. The room I booked wasn't available due to overbooking, and they put me in another, very poor-quality hotel. The towels were torn. Terrible service! I don't recommend it at all.
