Nestled in Grand-Brassac, in the heart of the rolling landscapes typical of the Périgord, this villa is a spacious holiday home designed for families and groups of friends seeking relaxation, nature, and conviviality.



This large three-storey house can accommodate up to eight people and offers all the comfort you need for an unforgettable stay. You will find a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms, and additional toilets, ensuring everyone has their own space and privacy.



For your comfort, you benefit from high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls), a television, a fan, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. Leisure enthusiasts will also appreciate the ping-pong table, perfect for shared family moments. A baby cot is available on request.



Outside, you can relax in the large, tree-filled garden, on the covered terrace, or enjoy the private pool (open from June 2 to September 15), the outdoor shower, and the barbecue for your summer meals.



For the more active, a tennis court is just a 15-minute walk away. Three private parking spaces are available, as well as a secure storage room for bicycles and motorbikes.
