There was a must oder in the 2nd floor corridors. My room also has a musty or mildew oder (maybe the carpets). The breakfast area was very clean and the presentation was excellent! The faux leather on my desk chair was peeling And got on my clothes- it wouldn’t hurt to just replace this chair. I did not have an iron in my room. My overall stay was good. The staff is amazing. Front desk is very pleasant, responsive and kind. Hotel was quiet. The young lady at the front desk has great customer service skills and helped with concerns or questions. I enjoyed my stay.

Hmmm. Just ok

Great staff and a very friendly reception at check in. This hotel is absolutely fine but getting a little old and tired. In need of a bit of a make over and TLC. We would probably stay again but only because there are limited other options. Definitely better than the Best Western Plus in Stephenville where we previously stayed, but only just.

Smelled terrible, room was older and not in very good shape, bed was not comfortable, ac didn’t cool the room very well at all. The AC in the building was out, making the pool area ridiculous hot, couldn’t even use the pool. The hall way snelled like vomit.
