We were never told the elevator wasn't working until we checked in. Coming off of hip labrum repair surgery, we were placed on the 4th floor & told a storm had damaged the elevators. When ask when a storm happened we were told July. It is now mid September. Not only did everyone have to take the stairs, there was no A/C in the halls or stairwell.

The staff was friendly and helpful . But the elevator does not work. We were not warned ahead of time. They say it is a long term problem. We were put on the 4th floor. We as of yet have not been compensated for the trouble.

Great customer service!

Had an issue with wet carpet under the AC unit, and the front desk attendant said “I can give you towels, or move you rooms. I will do whatever you want me to to make this convenient for you!” Zero hassle, moved rooms with no other issues.

We were disappointed in this property. We have stayed at other Best Western locations in the past and been quite pleased. At the Stephenville property, the elevator did not work, the bathroom in our room was rather dirty and the party in front of hotel in the middle of the night was not helpful. The only positive was the breakfast and coffee served.

Elevators didn’t work. They say it got struck by lightening. Maybe so but that was before I booked, so a notice was warranted. TVs didn’t work, maybe because of lightening. Again notice. Hair all over bathtub when we arrived. Not good
