Checked in Friday @ 3:00 pm check in. Clerk informed us elevator was out. We could take a bottom room not our suite or 4 flights of step. Itcwas TSU Homecoming. I booked in September. Elevators been pur 3-4 MONTHS!! We got in shower Friday night all shower products empty. We paid more than $300.00 a night. False advertisement. It was close to TSU was the ONLY GOOD THING. Never stay there again. You can stay in the Ft. Worth Omni cheaper.

We booked our reservation through Expedia for a 4 night stay. It was not disclosed that the elevator was not working. My 12 year old son had knee surgery the day before and obviously could not go up the 3 flights of stairs. The desk clerk was rude and refused to help at all saying that she could not cancel the reservation. She refused to contact her supervisor - only gave me an email for the property manager. By the way, I did email the property manager and now 3 days later have still not heard back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Poorly trained staff. But the property manager is ultimately the problem as there was no one in a supervisory position to help with an obviously urgent matter. Not having ADA access is illegal. But refusing to help when you did not disclose that you didn’t have ADA access is the worst part. I will never book another reservation at this property.

The elevators were out & have been out for months. We were not told prior and the prices were not discounted or even a reasonable rate for the inconvenience. Then we get to our room and there was mold in the showers.
