Most the staff was knowledgeable about the TV issues. The TV would lose internet connection randomly and require the staff to reset it. Despite a multi day reservation, login to the WiFi had to be done more often than daily. Once and done is the way it is supposed to work.

We visit Granbury a few times a year, but this was our first time at the Best Western. Positives- 1. First room had smoke smell. The desk attendant found another room and went with me to inspect it. It didn't smell of smoke, so we moved. 2. Bed was very comfortable. 3. Nice Cotton sheets and towels. A nice cotton blanket. Very impressive! 4. Room was clean. 5. AC worked. It was very hot and humid, so it took a while to cool down 6. Although the decor is dated, we will stay again! Most important to me is the bed(good mattress and linens), safe and convenient, and A/C that works! And good pricing!

The gym there had no weights at all and the heating element was out in the pool which is the main reason we chose the hotel, So then it was too cold to actually use with Littles. I though I booked a suite with a cooking area, but all we had was a microwave. So if booking I recommend calling and making sure on all that.. I booked through Expedia and am not a super experienced traveler so I learned my lesson this time.
