The staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially with transportation to and from airports and bus stations. The area where the hotel is has all of the sites that you want to see in Granada, and they are all within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Great location and incredibly helpful staff. The room was on a large side and the bed was very comfortable. If you like to open your windows for circulation make sure you book a room with a view as other rooms look into the inner court yard where the reception is. A great location, our room even had a super view of the Alhambra. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, looking after our baggage until we left in the late afternoon. The hotel itself was very quaint and historic but showing some signs of needing a little bit of restoration. Overall a brilliant choice for a stay in Granada and really good value for money.
