Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location!! Friendly and helpful staff; everything was spotlessly clean and smelled terrific! Room is spacious, bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, nice bathroom with a tub and shower. There is a coffee and tea maker in the room and a mini bar. Would definitely stay here again!!

We have stayed in the hotel 2 years ago and that was the reason for our return to Granada because of the excellent customer service location basically everything. Nothing was too much trouble and their English was 1st class and all of the team really make you feel valued. We will return again.
