Excellent location, fabulous ckean hotel and fantastic value. Left out of hotel you are on Plaza Nueva in 3 mins walk, right out of hotel can walk to justice gate ( for access to Alhambra) in 5 mins. Staff extremely helpful. Highly recommend

Great location amazing staff

Great location and amazing staff. My husband had a medical issue and they arranged a doctor to come to the hotel. He was there in less than an hour. They were so incredibly kind and helpful. The rooftop area is fabulous and there are lots of other little spaces to hang out. Highly recommend!

Great location for Alhambra, bars, shops etc. Breakfast was good, had to ask a couple of times for items to be refreshed. Room was lovely and quiet, the only thing we didn't like was that the shower was in the middle of the room, so no privacy! The rooftop terrace was amazing.

Our room was extremely clean and we were upgraded to a room to include a second bathroom and an additional room with a couch. The views of Alhambra were beautiful and the hotel location, great. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the street was, and the staff were kind and welcoming.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Only dowside is that the top floor is currently being used as a restarant until 12:00, so there ism too much noise to sleep if you want to start early the following morning. Location is good though, close to the alhambra and all the night life.

Liked: 1. Two adjacent rooms - great for a family with children. Privacy for parents and 2 separate bathrooms 2. Very close to the center of Granada and to restaurants. And walking distance to Alhamra and other major attractions 3. Very friendly and helpful staff 4. Very clean rooms and the cleaning staff did a great job 5. Tea and Piononos (local speciality dessert) were offered - free of charge - in the reception area lounge 6. Two safes: one in each room 7. Wood floors (much better than carpets) Did not like: 1. The toilet door of the main bath (made of privacy glass), cannot be locked and stayed open all the time. 2. There was a water leak under the wash tub in the main room (and all the towels became wet). The leak was fixed right away after we reported it. And we got new towels. 3. The toilet flush (in second bathroom) got stuck several times. We did not report it. 4. The folding sofa bed was not comfortable for adults. And two separate single beds would have been better - especially for older children who cannot sleep next to each other. 5. The drapes in the main room smelled of dust 6. We were not told that we must dial 500 to reach the reception. So, we had to walk down to report the water leak.

The road to this hotel continues upup to the Alhambra. Friendly helpful receptionist Andrea helped us buy tickets for the Alhambrad and Nazims Palaces.

Great location

Fantastic location. Fair price. Parking is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and €30 per day which is payable at the Hotel. (CAR PARK IS CALLED SAN AUGUSTIN).

Excellent location and modern quiet hotel. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Lack of bedside table disappointing but understandable owing to compact nature of room. Otherwise small but perfectly formed. Room was cleaned immediately prior to arrival with strong smelling fluid or spray which was overwhelming. Declined room cleaning thereafter as a result.

I really enjoyed the location of and facilities in this hotel. It was walking distance from all areas of interest. The bed was very comfortable, and the Bidet was a lovely surprise. I had breakfast in the hotel one morning, and it was lovely. In addition it isa short walk from Los Diamontes (a restaurant), and it was great to eat there on days where I wanted to get going quickly. I sometimes would start my day there with bottled water and complimentary tapas as a result. It is also very close to Los Manueles (restaurant) which had very good food. The rooftop was a lovely private place to go very early in the morning to see the Alhambra by moonlight. I would recommend highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plays to stay in Granada!

The hotel was conveniently positioned near shops, restaurants, transport and tourist attractions. I would like to point out Conchita, the hotel manager. She was excellent and resolved an issue I had when I first arrived.
