Nice, modern and luxurious room. However, terrace was closed during the day you could only go up when the bar opened at 7pm. Parking was not easy and in a public garage. Very centrally located though which was great.

The property was in a great location for access to all things in Granada. The reason for not 5 stars was problems with air conditioning during our stay. Whilst the staff did their best endeavours to solve it did become a source of frustration.

Very friendly and helpful staff, all facilities in great shape, very clean, surprisingly quiet room when considering you are in a downtown location. Only downside to consider: the city limits car access to this part of the city for certain hours of the day which will make it challenging if not impossible to reach the parking garage by 1pm for example.
