DomusHome presents this charming apartment located right in the heart of the city’s historic center, just a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral and the main tourist attractions. From here, you can explore Granada on foot, strolling through its lively streets, tapas bars, historic squares, and local shops.

One of the great perks of this accommodations are the free parking garage, located just a 2-minute walk from the property. In a city center where parking is scarce and difficult to find, our guests highlight this service as one of the biggest advantages. You just need your vehicle to have an environmental sticker (0, ECO, B, or C) to use it, since we’re located in Granada’s Low-Emission Zone (ZBE). Thanks to this, you can park your car conveniently upon arrival and forget about it until the day of departure.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

The master bedroom features a private bathroom, a TV, a 135-cm queen-size bed, and a convenient makeup vanity.



The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed, a closet, and a TV, making it an equally comfortable and functional space.



The living room is spacious and cozy, equipped with a 135x190 sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, board games, and a small terrace perfect for enjoying the last rays of the sunset.

The kitchen, though compact, is designed so you won’t lack for anything: a 60-cm glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker with a few capsules, and all the necessary kitchenware to prepare your meals in comfort.

In the bathrooms, you’ll find a complete set of amenities, including soap, a toothbrush, a shower cap, and towels, to make your stay even more comfortable.

In addition, the building has a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer available free of charge, exclusively for guests.

The apartment combines a prime location, comfort, and services designed to make your stay unique. That said, we want to be completely transparent: the building does not have an elevator, and you’ll need to walk up two flights of stairs.
