A sleek modern four star hotel located in a busy section of Grenada (although the hotel was quiet). Our room was immaculate and comfortable. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. It was easy to find a taxi stand (located across the street) for the 15 minute ride to Alhambra. It would have been a long, uphill climb to get there and our hosts at the hotel advised us to take a taxi. The hotel is also located only a short distance from the oldest part of town. He enjoyed our stay here and the hotel is highly recommended.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Boutique Hotel Luna Granada Centro. The parking is extremely narrow, cramped, and difficult to navigate even with a small car and it’s very expensive at €21 per day. Our room faced the courtyard, which meant no fresh air or natural light and it felt suffocating at night because there was no air circulation. The room and bedding also didn’t feel properly cleaned; there was visible dust and hair. Additionally, the hotel staff could have warned us about the difficulty of getting Alhambra tickets. Despite booking the hotel a week in advance, they didn’t offer any advice or recommendations to reserve tickets early. We had no idea how competitive the process was, especially with resellers trying to charge up to $300 per ticket. Overall, it didn’t feel like the hotel was customer-focused; it seemed more like they were just interested in collecting payment.
