On the ground floor: living room/kitchen area, 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m), shower room, wc. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (3 beds 1.40m, 1 bed 1.20m, 1 bed 0.90m, 1 cot), shower room, separate wc. Insert with vents, electric heating (convectors in each room). Outside: terrace, enclosed courtyard, enclosed grounds, garden furniture, barbecue.
