Ao selecionar o hotel não busquei luxo. Minhas prioridades eram um local limpo, com conforto para dormir e uma boa localização. O Hotel é muito bom, atendeu perfeitamente ao que queria , tem um excelente e farto café da manhã, o quarto é confortável, tudo conforme o anuncio. Mas o que mais me encantou foi o atendimento impecável, atencioso e carinhoso de todos os funcionários, o que tornou a experiência incrível. Sem dúvidas alguma o que me faria voltar foi o atendimento humanizado, principalmente da recepção, que é com quem temos mais contato. Fiquei hospedada por 5 dias e todos foram de uma conduta que me surpreendeu. Parabéns a toda equipe, vocês trabalham felizes, vestem a camisa da empresa e transmitem uma energia muito boa aos hóspedes e fazem a diferença. Parabéns ao hotel por ter e manter pessoas tão dedicadas!!!

O hotel esta começando a ficar com os quartos com falta de manutenção. esta é a segunda vez que Me hospedo em um período de 45 dias e nas duas oportunidades, os quartos tinham problemas de falta de manutenção. Os funcionários que atendem no salão do café da manhã, estão deixando a desejar, na reposição dos alimentos. Outro problema enfrentado no quarto é a falta de tomadas para carregar os dispositivos eletrônicos. Apenas uma tomada ao lado da cama.

O cardápio do café da manhã foi satisfatório e de excelente qualidade. Frutas e sucos variados. Máquinas com café a escolher. Reposição continua no buffet. O quarto categoria luxo me pareceu equivalente a semi-luxo. Embora a cama fosse confortável e os travesseiros também, em relação as toalhas de banho pareciam estar engomadas e não era macias. O ar condicionado foi pouco ligado, mas, funcionou muito bem quando o fizemos. A Equipe de funcionários quando interagimos foram atenciosos. Respondiam o solicitado.

Nunca tinha me hospedado nessa rede, mas gostei muito. Hotel bastante organizado, limpo e confortável. Possui frigobar, o que é muito bom e bem perto do centro de Gramado, podendo ir à pé tranquilamente. Muitos restaurantes e atrações por perto. Recomendo!

Localização, quartos, pessoal, café, tudo muito bom, porém a acústica dos quartos achei muito ruim, crianças chorando a noite toda, pessoas caminhando pelos corredores...não consegui descansar...outra coisa que achei muito ruim é a pressão dos vendedores de cotas de resort, dentro do hotel pressionando os hospedes, quando me hospedo, quero sossego, descansar e tive muito pouco ou quase nada disso aí.. indico mas não recomendo ou recomendo mas não indico, não sei não tenho opinião formada ainda.
