O isolamento acústico dos quartos prima por não existir. Era possível ouvir tudo do quarto ao lado, tv, conversas no celular e outros sons menos nobres. Na hora do banho a água quente parou de vir. Ao ligar para a portaria, ninguém atendeu. Disseram que não tocou. A equipe é boa, o café da manhã é bom, a localização é boa.

O hotel não tem isolamento acústico, não tem elevador, você escuta todos dos quartos ao lado e qualquer pessoa que passe no corredor ou no andar acima. Para ter uma noção as portas utilizam chaves de fechadura interna com uma placa de identificação de metal que ressoa por todo hotel. As escadas são de madeira e pequenas, onde passa somente uma pessoa e ainda você tem que subir com as bagagens. Sinceramente, não sei como esse estabelecimento tem autorização dos bombeiros. Chegamos na noite do dia 08/05/2026 para 09/05/2026 as 23:45, cansados de viagem, meu primeiro contato com a recepção foi uma pergunta " Tem estacionamento?" e a resposta foi: "-Tem, mas tem que pagar." Nesse momento eu vi que seria difícil, pois eu como hóspede não estava interessado no custo e sim, se havia um local para guardar o carro. Pois bem, meu check-in demorou uns 40 minutos porque a impressora não funcionava, ou o sistema estava fora do ar ou pela falta de empatia da recepção. Fora isso, o café da manhã é mediano, a localização é aceitável. Do contrário de tudo, as pessoas que trabalham na cozinha do café da manhã, são simpáticas e atenciosas, a senhora que é de Manaus, é muito querida e atenciosa. Eu não voltaria para esse hotel, e talvez não utilize mais a rede SKY pois é a segunda péssima experiência.

O Ar-condicionado estava com a tampa quebrada e tivemos que solicitar uma fita durex para desviar a direção do ar porque estava diretamente em cima da cama. Acomodações muito antigas e sem manutenção; banheira com vazamento. café da manhã razoável, pagamos a parte pelo estacionamento, entretanto, o veículo ficou na rua, em cima da calçada. A TV só pegava dois canais Globo e SBT. A diária não foi barata, o hotel deixou muito a desejar. Decepcionada é a falava para descrever. Não condiz em nada com a rede da SKY. A única coisa positiva foi a equipe, muito atenciosos.

O hotel em si muito bom, tudo limpo e organizado, porém já é a segunda que vez que fico nesse mesmo hotel da rede e me colocam no mesmo quarto, que fica de frente para uma avenida super movimenta e as janelas não tem isolamento acústico ocasionando muito barulho que atrapalhao descanso. De resto, tudo ótimo.

Excelente atendimento. Porém, o hotel está muito velho e sem manutenção. A porta da sacada não fechava, o estacionamento pago é a calçada e só comporta 4 carros. É melhor deixar na rua e não pagarO café deixa a desejar. O bolo que sobra fica seco e é servido no outro dia.
